was also established in the year 1998 at Kanyapur, Asansol, Kolkata initially with 4 streams . The college, though far away from Kolkata but till date have been able to make positive impression in the minds of so many students aspiring for engineering course. The college with its sincere endeavour in propagating quality engineering education has been able to grab a grant from the World Bank under Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP). This AICTE approved college is at present running 1 PG and 6 UG courses with a student strength of 2,200 well supported by 185 Faculty Members. The College is affiliated to the West Bengal University of Technology.
