The School of Law at the Techno India Group offers a comprehensive suite of legal programmes, including BA LLB (Integrated), BBA LLB, LLB, LLM and PhD. Students may pursue Majors such as Constitutional Law or Corporate Law, supported by Minors like Criminal Justice or Legal Research Methodology.
The curriculum includes foundational legal subjects, procedural law, jurisprudence, legal ethics, legislative studies, research methodology and clinical legal education. A distinctive feature of the programme is the Annual National Moot Court Competition since 2020. The competition has been judged by eminent legal scholars and professionals, including Dr. Vinod Kumar (NLU Delhi), Dr. Yashomati Ghosh (NLSIU Bangalore), Dr. Arup Kumar Poddar (NUJS Kolkata), Sri Dipankar Bhattacharyya (IPS, DIG, State Police Academy), and senior advocates such as Archin Jana, Dhananjay Banerjee and Arpita Basu.
The moot court platform allows students to sharpen advocacy, research, legal writing and courtroom presentation skills through realistic simulations. LLM and PhD students engage in deeper academic inquiry, advanced jurisprudential debates and specialised legal research relevant to contemporary legal challenges. Graduates are prepared for careers in litigation, corporate law, judiciary examinations, legal consultancy, policy work and academic research.
Techno India is immensely proud of the fact that it is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
