A degree in Computer Application at Techno India Group is offered under
the regulations and academic framework of MAKAUT. The programme provides students
with a strong foundation in widely used computer applications and core computational
concepts. The curriculum covers programming methodologies, data structures, algorithms,
mathematics, probability, statistics, principles of programming languages and
object-oriented programming.
Students also study structured Major and Minor subjects that strengthen both their
technical and interdisciplinary competencies. For example, in the BCA (Bachelor of
Computer Application) programme under MAKAUT, some of the Major courses include
Digital Electronics and Programming for Problem Solving through C in the first
semester. Among the Minor courses is Principles of Management.
At the postgraduate level, the MCA (Master of Computer Application) programme includes
a Minor Project and Viva-Voce, which involves a research/application-based project under
faculty supervision.
Techno India Group offers both BCA and MCA under this academic structure, aligned with MAKAUT’s
curriculum. These programmes prepare students for a promising future in software
development and computer applications. Graduates find career opportunities as computer
programmers, software developers and computer systems analysts.
